Using the lyrics of Aidan Bissett’s song “Sick,” I designed six type-based compositions: Axial, Bilateral, Radial, Dilatational, Modular, and Transitional. To convey the type systems and create interesting designs, I used hierarchy, order and alignment, legibility, and contrast.
